We collect the data you enter in the quote form (name, contacts, requirements) solely to answer your request and, if you proceed, to draft the lease. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Data are kept for 12 months after our last exchange, or for the legal duration if a contract follows; they are stored on Google Cloud (EU region) and forwarded to the owner's messaging and email accounts. They are never sold or used for marketing without consent.
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure or portability by writing to info@rentrooms.co. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
This site sets no advertising or profiling cookies.
